We are currently looking for Accounting Assistant for one of our client located in Mandaluyong.
Qualifications are as follows:
Atleast 1 year of related experience.
Gradute of BS Accountancy, Finance, or in other related courses.
Amenable to work in Ortigas, Mandaluyong.
Job Description
Handles monthly reporting of Purchase Summary
Monitors promptness of delivery and as well as reconciles physical inventory with Inventory Custodian
Ensures accuracy and completeness of Receiving Report and other related transactions
Reconciles Accounts Payable with the cash disbursed to supplier and see Official Receipt applied
Handles BIR Reports
Ensures the timely financial account reconciliation of the following documents:
Sales report
Pre-payments
Accruals
Operating Expenses
Other Accounting Reports
