Job Objective:
The Accounting Assistant is primarily responsible for the efficient, accurate and timely accomplishment of reports required by the Store Accountant and Managing Partner.
He/She performs and is responsible for the processing of the Store's permits and Employee-related requirements, as well as checking the validity and propriety of all store transactions and basic Auditing tasks such as cash and inventory count on a regular basis.
Primary Responsibilities:
Assists the Store Accountant in recording expenses for preparation of check voucher.
Attends the monthly inventory count to ensure accuracy of records.
Prepares sales and bank reconciliation according to schedule.
Submits daily cash position report and daily sales report to the Store Accountant and Managing Partner.
Submits monthly sales mix to the Managing Partner.
Perform clerical duties such as filing and typing, photocopying, faxing, and operates variety of general office equipment.
Complies with all company policies and procedures.
Completes other tasks assigned by superior.

Strong planning, organizing, problem analysis and decision making abilities
Exudes confidence in dealing with people
Good communication skills
Education/Experience:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, Quickbooks, Payroll, Check vouchers
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
