Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree of any business, finance, or accounting related courses
At least 1 year working experience in accounting related jobs. Experience in credit and collection, or A/R a plus.
Strong verbal and written skills to be able to provide quality client service
Essential to have good numerical skills and understanding of Accounting principles.
Responsibilities:
Receive payments and post amounts paid to customer accounts
Locate and monitor overdue accounts, using computers and a variety of automated systems
Record information about financial status of customers and status of collection efforts
Assist with supplier on-boarding, info database and communications
Encoding of supplier data from signed contract to main database
