Job Descriptions
Prepares all required payments and reports to the government, including all taxes due, (SSS, Philhealth, PAGIBIG, BIR, SEC, etc.)
Prepares vouchers and checks for payroll
Assist External Auditor during ANVIC visit for auditing Prepares labor and supervision expense reports for the Management
Coordinates with the Accountant in the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports
Maintains books of accounts and schedules in coordination with the Accountant
Summarizes project expenses relevant to taxes and licenses for management reports
Prepares and ensures that all vouchers and payments are processed properly and efficiently Works with the Treasurer to ensure the timely disbursement of funds
Assist in the preparation of pertinent documents for exhibits in Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) scheduled visit/audit
Oversees the proper filing and safekeeping of all the company's documents and information, both digital and hard copies, which are relevant to accounting
