Job Description:
Accounts Receivable
Receiving of collections
Prepares and maintains a ledger for each customer to monitor sales and collection
Sales will be logged by accounting asst in the ledger while collection will be logged by sales person
Receive AR report from Sales Acctg.
Prepare necessary letters, Statement of Accounts to clients with outstanding balances
In-charge of following up collection and making sure that AR's would be minimal as possible
Disbursement:
Preparation of accounts payable voucher
Recording and encoding of all transactions in the accounting system.
Encoding through excel file all disbursement.
Log all disbursement in ledger.
Filling Disbursement Voucher per designated accounts
​Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
With knowledge on Vat processing
Must be hardworking, keen to details and willing to learn.
With good interpersonal skills and able to communicate in different levels of management.
Preferably resident of Marikina City or nearby areas.
