QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of BS Accountancy
At least 1 to 3 years proven work experience as Accounting Staff / Assistant.
Proficient to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, including Excel
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently on assigned duties
Demonstrates an ability to manage a variety of priorities while meeting deadlines.
Amenable to work in Brgy. Ugong Valenzuela City
Willing to render Overtime, if necessary.
Can Start as soon as possible.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Providing support to the Accounting Department
Prepares disbursement and check voucher of suppliers for payment
Handling of Petty Cash Funds for liquidation and reconciliation
Monitoring and summarizing Driver's Liquidation of cash allowances
Prepare Journal Voucher for all advances from due from employee/Officer Account
Provides basic support on posting of Journal record
Process and prepare weekly billing for SMBI - Billing Statement / Statement of Account
Responsible to supplier's queries on status payment and issuance of certificate of taxes withheld
Responsible for the inventory of tools/spare parts of all the trucks/vehicles.
Performs other related duties assigned
