Blu Kuartz Holdings, Inc., its subsidiaries, and affiliates is looking for:
 
JUNIOR ACCOUNTING ASSOCIATE
 
Salary Range: 15,000 to 16,000 (Starting Rate)
 
Job Responsibilities:
Manage timely completion and submission of subsidiary ledgers
Handles complex General Ledger reporting and performs high-level analysis of the generated Financial Reports
Analyze the impact of new accounting and reporting standards relevant to each Business Unit
Works closely with the Accounting team lead and Finance on co-designing the processes and recommends improvements and innovations
Communicates complex information on General Ledger processes as well as accounting treatment and standards to customers and internal stakeholders
Performs other related work as required
Provide analytical, forecasting, reporting, and project support to senior management
Develop models that help w/ decision making
Produce monthly reports, which include key metrics, financial results, and variance reporting
Maintain knowledge and keep abreast of new investment regulations or policies
Spearhead the annual and quarterly budgeting and forecasting processes
Identify opportunities for performance improvement across the organization
Evaluating profit plans, current capital expenditures, and depreciation
Job Qualifications:
Must be a graduate of BS Accountancy, BS Accounting Technology, BSBA-Management Accounting, BSC- Banking and Finance & BSBA- Financial Management
Required skill(s): MS Excel, SAP, Quickbooks
Full-Time position(s) available
Must be adept with MS Excel: VLOOKUP, pivot, macros
