JOB OBJECTIVE
Responsible for performing professional accounting works including auditing, analyzing, verifying & preparing financial & accounting reports. To undertake any other related tasks as may from time to time be delegated by the Accounting Supervisor.
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
Daily checking of sales report (cashiers' report vs tape readings) including all support documents such as refund, gift certificates and PLU tape readings
Checking of cash deposited per sales report vs validated depo slips (attached to sales report)
Update daily sales summary and the Sales Book from store POS
Food Costing and Variance report preparation and submission
Checking and auditing of store's PCF Reimbursement
Prepare comparative report of actual sales vs. last year and vs. current year target based on text messages of GSH on the actual sales for submission to CEO.
Filing of all sales documents for audit purposes.
Submit month-to-date sales summary of all stores to Mall admin
Submit average daily sales summary every month end to ISR
Conduct physical count of stocks of outlet every end of the month
Encoding of store expenses such as rentals, utilities, etc.
Summarize disbursements of all stores daily
Preparation of financial statements of stores what do they do with the financial statements
Prepare comparative report of actual sales vs. last year vs. current year target for submission to CEO
Request for check preparation of rentals
Checking of cellphone usage for payment and charging of excess usage
Preparation of documents for Permits and Licenses
Coordinate with Mall Admin regarding Rentals
QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent in the related field is a PLUS but NOT required for this position, Fresh Graduates are WELCOME to apply.
Knowledgeable in generating PNL, Food cost, variance report and PCF report.
Knowledgeable in making journal entries and general ledger.
Flexible and responsible.
Can do multi-tasking and can handle pressure.
Naturally friendly.
