Position: ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT -RETAIL
Primary Position Purpose:
The position provides supports in completing basic bookkeeping, clerical and accounting tasks related to the company's retail business operations.
Key responsibilities:
· Perform daily accounting transactions related to retail operations of the company
· Conduct daily audit on sales, monitor collection and reconciliation of accounts receivable
· Conduct audit on inventory, check accuracy of retail store inventory records based on physical inventory and actual stock movements
· Monitor and develop inventory analysis reports, analyzing variances and perform corrective measures
· Assist in performing other assigned tasks
