REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy/Finance
CPA is an Advantage
Has at least 1-2 years of working experience in General Accounting, tax and bookkeeping
Experience in Quickbooks or other accounting software
Preferably has SAP knowledge and experience
Proficient in MS Office Applications
Has good/excellent communication skills
Willing to work in Makati
Can start ASAP
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform general bookkeeping
Prepare and maintain monthly financial statements and support schedules according to client's timelines
Prepare account reconciliations (cash, liabilities, fixed assets, payroll accruals) and supporting sub-ledgers
Resolve client inquiries through research and confirmation with relevant agencies (BIR, etc.)
Maintain and file clients' books of accounts with the BIR
Submit clients' ITR and AFS to BIR and SEC
Responsible for clients' billing activities such as accounts payable and accounts receivable
Ensure timely filing and payment of taxes to the BIR and/or City Treasury
repare tax returns and payment requests, including payments to SSS, PhilHealth and Pag-IBIG Fund
Responsible for banking, processing bank deposits, including occasional trips to the bank
