What is this role about?
This role will monitor, summarize, and analyze all accounting-related transactions of company-owned and company-operated (COCO) retail stations.
What will YOU do?
Daily review and checking of IMMT report
Prepare and and reconcile Sales Volume, Final Sales Ledger, Freight Income and Freight Out Expense
Prepare Inventory Analysis and Inventory Costing for the month
Encode inventory movements and cost in the system
Prepare Journal Entries for assigned account as well as various Government Reports - ORB and Liquidation Reports, DOE Reports and Issuance of Withdrawal Certificate
Prepare various management and month end reports - Inventory Variance Table, Cost Monitor and Depot Variance Table
What will YOU need?
Open to fresh graduates - must be a graduate of Accountancy
