Accounting Assistant - financial reportingHavaianas

Responsibilities:
Responsible for the day- to-day general ledger accounting and reconciliation, financial reporting and analysis for assigned functional areas.
Perform monthly balance sheet, income statement and changes in financial position/budget variance analysis
Analyze data to ensure proper accounting procedures have been followed
Prepare financial reports, charts, tables and other exhibits as requested
Provide timely, relevant and accurate reporting & analysis of the results of the Company's performance against historical, budgeted, forecasted and strategic planning results to facilitate decision-making toward the achievement of the budget and strategic plan.
Minimum Qualifications:
Must be BS Accountancy graduate
At least 1 year experience in Financial Reporting, or AR / AP, Corporate Planning
Knowledge in SAP and Microsoft Navision is a plus.
Must have extremely strong MS Excel skills
Strong organization skills and attention to detail
Creative, responsive and adaptive in a dynamic environment
Must have the aptitude and desire to learn new competencies and skills
Working knowledge of analysis and reporting tools
