Candidate must possess at least a Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
Required skill(s): ubs accounting software, analytical skills, Interpersonal Communication, MS Office.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
Prepares SPI Parent management account (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash flow and schedules per account)
Prepares income tax computation (monthly/quarterly)
Update Fixed Asset Register and Lapsing Schedule
Perform cycle count on fixed assets on quarterly basis to ensure its existence and reconciled per
record
Monitor material issuances at the stockroom and prepare entries to charged monthly usages of
affiliates
Prepares monthly consolidated Cash flows Statements.
Update operating expenses per department with analysis of actual expense versus budget.
Update Schedule of Dividend Payables per stockholders.
Prepares journal vouchers to record the following:
a. Accruals and amortization of expenses, monthly income, bank loans, marketable securities,
advances to affiliates, movements on short-term investments, accruals of PB, 13th month, shared
costs (projects, staff admin, executive, fringe benefit tax)
Reconciles bank accounts with the general ledger balances and prepares schedule of short-term
investments.
Depreciation expenses
Payroll entries.
Entries on BIR payments, SSS/HDMF loans and contribution.
Assist in the preparation of SPI parent annual budget.
Printing and bookbinding of books of accounts (GL, APV, CDB, CRB, JV)
Prepares quarterly reports required by Philippine Statistic Authority
