Job Qualifications:
Candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Banking, and Finance, or a related field.
1-2 years of relevant, hands-on accounting experience.
Computer Literate and familiar in handling computerized Accounting System.
Proven with bookkeeping practices, Knowledge of accounting terminology and process.
Updated with latest accounting principles and regulations.
Proficient in MS Office.
Positive attitude, flexible and team player.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide Bookkeeping Support to Firm.
Implements, maintains, and reviews company payroll processing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, taxes, and other deductions.
Performs daily accounting tasks such as monthly financial reporting, general ledger entries, and record payments and adjustments.
Prepares Bank Reconciliation.
Maintains records of all financial transactions.
Processing payments.
Conducting daily banking activities.
Prepares monthly remittances of statutory benefits.
Prepares various tax returns such as Income Tax, Withholding Tax, VAT, etc.
To prepare compliance reports and payments to government agencies (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, City Tax, other Business Permits, BIR, Insurance Commission and SEC)
Recording transactions such as income and outgoings, and posting them to various accounts.
Producing various financial reports.
Performs other related duties that may be assigned by the management from time to time.
Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday from 8:30AM to 5:30PM
