Job Responsibilities:
Reconcile and balances receivables and payables
Prepares clients Invoice and Statements of Account
Monitoring of client past due accounts
Assists in following up collection from clients
Reconciliation of Accounts with the clients
Prepare and post daily payment and disbursement reports
Prepares monthly reports of receivables and payables
Job Qualification:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Accounting or equivalent
At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Preferably 1-4 years experienced employee specialized in Finance-General/Cost Accounting or equivalent
