Cenix BPO Web Development Services is searching for our next big hire to fill the role of: ADMINISTRATIVE / EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

CeNix Web Development Services, a BPO affiliate of U.S. based WWDL., is an international web development company with Nearly 30 years of experience and stability since 1995 - currently operating 18 offices around the world in 9 different countries throughout North America, Asia, Europe, and South America - including Cebu City.
We currently have an URGENT and immediate opening for individuals with Administrative Experience, as well as Executive Assistant experience, and who have good English skills.
This is NOT a virtual position. MUST be in the office daily to interact with our teams.

JOB OVERVIEW:
Research and resolve discrepancies in a timely fashion
Maintain confidentiality of all data
Assist Management with any related tasks
Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive's behalf
Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records
Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary
Answering phone calls in a polite and professional manner
Welcoming visitors and identifying the purpose of their visit before directing them to the appropriate department
Managing the executive's calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters
Manage phone calls, and maintain a clean office
Scheduling: Plan and schedule meetings, events, and travel arrangements
Maintain filing systems, databases, and inventory
Coordinate logistics for meetings, including catering and expense reports
Supervise and train office staff on procedures and software
Assist with budget activities and fiscal reviews
Help implement new programs, procedures, and systems
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1-3 years experience as an executive or administrative assistant is required
Knowledge of Quickbooks and other financial program is a MAJOR PLUS
Being proactive, especially when it comes to problem solving
Should have the ability to work well with numerous other management staff and varying personalities.
Superior soft skills, such as punctuality and leadership.
Talent in presenting information concisely and accurately, with keen attention to detail is greatly appreciated.
Good English skills are preferred.
Practical life skills such as cleanliness and organization are a MAJOR PLUS
