Accounting Assistant (accounts receivable)BIGLITE INTERNATIONAL LIGHTING INC

As an Accounting Assistant specializing in Accounts Receivables, you will play a crucial role in the financial operations of the company. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure accurate and timely recording, processing, and monitoring of all transactions related to accounts receivables.
Responsibilities:
· Handles daily/monthly incoming payments
· Monitor and check all monthly overall payment transactions
· Verified all sales transactions connected for payments
· Check stores contracts - to identify deductions
· Bank reconciliations (Inwarding)
· Verify all invoices, delivery receipts
· Maintain accounts receivable records to ensure aging up to date
· Oversees billing operations and processes in order to ensure collection of account balances
· Securing revenue by verifying and posting receipts and resolving any discrepancies in payments
Qualifications:
· Proven work experience as an accounting assistant or in a similar role, preferably with a focus on accounts receivables and sales.
· Familiarity with accounting software and proficiency in MS Excel.
· With SAP Background is an advantage
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
· Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
· Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers and internal teams.
· Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
· Willing to work from Monday to Saturday
· Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php16,000.00 - Php17,000.00 per month
