Will handle all disbursement transactions (AP)
Checking the completeness and accuracy of all documents related to request for payment
Checking Cash Advances Liquidations
Preparation of Payment Voucher and Check
Encoding and Recording Disbursement Transactions in QuickBooks
Releasing Checks to Supplier
Filing Voucher Documents
Other task that may be given
