GENERAL PURPOSE:
Processes Supplier invoices / billings for payment purposes. Ensures that all vouchers and debit memos are duly paid and applied to respective suppliers' account.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Processes supplier invoices within 3-5 days from date of receipt.
Processes expense reimbursement (ER) / suppliers' charges.
Validates the completeness of documents attached to the billing before processing.
Checks and validates the approved rates/budget against supplier billings.
Reviews status of supplier invoices and debit memos and make necessary action.
Handles the filing and safekeeping of AP vouchers and other important documents.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of BS Accountancy or other related business course,
With at least 1-2 years' experience in Inventory process / Accounts Payable
Proficient in MS Office especially in MS Excel. With knowledge in computerized accounting, preferably Oracle system.
Detail oriented, proactive and resilient
Highly trainable.
