JOB SUMMARY:
Perform departmental support tasks including the processing and recording transactions, preparing reports and budgets, fielding communications with clients and vendors, fact checking, filing, and other duties as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of any accounting related course
Hardworking
Pro-active and can work well in a team.
Knowledge with SAP System
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reconcile accounts on SAP system
Issue Prepare Collectibles and Statement of Account and monitor receipts and invoices
Prepare weekly collection summary
File reports and other necessary documents.
Receive, encode, and monitor collections
Issue labels/codes for company PPE
Other tasks deemed necessary
