Job Description
- Review invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment.
- Perform invoice & general ledger data entry.
- Execute credit card and bank account reconciliation.
- Generate purchase orders when necessary.
- Assist senior financial officer as needed.
Job Qualifications
- Graduate of BS in Accounting or equivalent.
- With background in account payables.
- Can accomplish tasks involving payments & can handle expenditures by obtaining, processing, validating & harmonizing invoices.
- with good reporting skills & detail-oriented.
