Job ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT
 Checks and encodes purchases, expenses
 Encodes stores payroll in the PNL template
 Encodes rental and related expenses
 Checks inventory movement vs item sales
 Analyzes cost variance
 Analyzes labor cost
 Checks controllable expenses
 Process weekly PCF replenishments
 Prepares CERTIFIED MONTHLY SALES REPORTS
 Checks / Validates transactions
 Checks / Validates discounts if substantiated with documents
 Prepares & Submits Monthly Profit and Loss Statement (PNL)
 PNL reconciliation with managers
 Finalizes Profit and Loss Statement
EDUCATIONAL ATTAINMENT: BS ACCOUNTANCY (BS Internal Auditing/Accounting Technology / Management Accounting)
