Job Description
Distribute cash advances, reconcile petty cash, and scan receipts for daily submission
Perform a physical audit of cash on hand daily
Process the credit card reports of PETA representatives monthly
Compile, explain, and submit reconciliation reports of foreign currencies monthly
Prepare check requests for reimbursement, payment, and advances
Organize and file all needed receipts and reports once approved
Keep financial reporting documents and other related documents on hand for possible audits
Maintain a list of government registration renewals and fees and assist with procedures to ensure that payments and the relevant paperwork are submitted on time
File and make payments for employee benefits with government agencies-including but not limited to PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and SSS-and handle processing related to them as needed
Understand and keep abreast of information about statutory benefits and requirements as well as BIR processes and requirements
Assist with the preparation of BIR reports, including monthly expanded and compensation withholding tax forms, and ensure that they are submitted on time
Work with the organization's finance office to ensure compliance with financial reporting requirements
Perform occasional outdoor errands, such as settling payments at banks
Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications
Must be a resident of the Philippines
Must hold a degree in accounting, business administration, human resources management, or a related field and have at least three years of working experience
Strong computer skills, especially in using Microsoft Office
Demonstrated excellent written and verbal English skills
Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Solid knowledge of Philippine business processes and staff benefit and BIR requirements
Adherence to a vegan lifestyle preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proven ability to multitask, work well under pressure, and meet deadlines
Must be a team player
Commitment to the objectives of the organization
