Monitors and tracks project costing and conduct costs analysis
Reconciles inventory balance and conducts accounting analysis
Monitors collections and ensure that all receivables are collected as scheduled
Handles forecasting and monitoring of importation on assigned industry
Responsible for monitoring and updating of all delivered items and update pending orders regularly
Conducts market research and data analysis
Coordinates with brokers/forwarders for importation of products and status of shipments
In charge of handling marine, vehicle and non-life insurance for the company
Coordinates building maintenance and I.T. needs of the company
Provides support and assistance to Administrative functions and projects
Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy, Management Accounting, Accounting Technology, Accounting & Finance, and Finance Management course graduate
Preferably 1-4 year experience in related capacity
Preferably with Accounting/Finance and IT background
Must be familiar using any accounting software and proficient in Microsoft Office software
Must be results and detailed-oriented with high organizational skills, trustworthy and ethical, strong analytical and planning skills, good communication and interpersonal skills, and excellent problem solving skills
