We are seeking a dedicated Accounting and Admin Specialist to join our diverse team. This role will primarily be responsible for handling various accounting and finance tasks, including accounts payable/receivable, financial reporting, and payroll processing, while also providing administrative support and assisting with HR-related activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, along with knowledge of HR practices and procedures.

What to expect from the role:
Accounting
Supports payroll processing, including calculating wages, preparing payroll reports, and ensuring compliance with payroll regulations.
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
Prepare and maintain financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Assist in budget preparation and monitoring expenditures against budgetary allocations.
Ensure compliance with BIR regulations, including tax deductions and filings.
Prepare and file VAT returns accurately and on time.
Administration
Oversee general administrative tasks such as managing office supplies, coordinating office maintenance, and handling incoming/outgoing correspondence.
Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodation for employees as needed.
Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
Maintain filing systems and ensure proper documentation of records.
In charge of government permits compliance if needed
Human Resources
Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
Administer employee benefits programs and assist employees with inquiries related to benefits, policies, and procedures.
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Provide support in employee relations matters and performance management processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Accounting and Administrative role or a similar HR Generalist role.
Strong understanding of labor laws, payroll regulations, and tax compliance requirements in the Philippines.
Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office Suite.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in financial and administrative tasks.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Positive attitude-willing to help out in all regards
Preferably has own laptop
