Responsibilities
The candidate has the following responsibilities:
Accounts Receivable
Monitor collection and aging
Send weekly and monthly Statement of Account
Post transactions on accounting system
Prepare a schedule and file BIR Form 2316
Accounts Payable
Process billings and recognize proper VAT and withholding taxes
Review accuracy and completeness of supporting documents for reimbursement claims
Process payments thru bank checks and/or online transfers
Post transactions on accounting system
Releasing of checks
Prepare the BIR Form 2307 for release to suppliers and providers
Payroll
Process and post of SSS, PHIC, Pag-IBIG contributions and loans
Summarize and submit to supervisor items for salary deduction
Closing
Monthly bank reconciliation
Amortization of prepayments
Depreciation of property and equipment
Review and update accruals
Compliance
Business permit renewal
Annual registration of books with BIR
Filing Value-Added Tax Quarterly Returns and Relief
Filing Expanded Withholding Taxes and Alphalist
Filing Withholding Taxes on Compensation and Alphalist
Admin
Main contact person of field team supervisors for anything needed in the office
Endorse queries from Company mobile number to appropriate departments
Monitor attendance and ensure submission of leave forms by team
Assist in finding suppliers/providers, as needed
Coordinate with building administrator for gate passes, work permits, scheduling of pest control
Asset monitoring - office and pantry supplies
Qualifications
Graduate of Bachelor's Degree related to accounting and business management
At least 1 to 2 years experience
Experience from a veterinary pharmaceutical company an advantage
Willing to report to office daily at Bonifacio Global City
English verbal and written communication skills
