Duties and Responsibilities:
Examine documents and other related data as to the validity of the transaction to ensure appropriate and documentation and approval prior to payment.
Handles business transaction with speed and accuracy in order to complete the payment processing within a reasonable time so as to avoid delays and penalties.
Develop and maintain a filing system for financial information, records and documents to ensure complete and available information.
Conducts regular reconciliation of advances and deposits.
Perform cash management functions and oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash disbursements, payroll and bank reconciliation functions.
Assists the Managing Director in the preparation and analyzing financial reports, for external and internal reports.
Participate in the budgeting process and analyzing financial data to varying degrees.
Coordinate with other departments and external clients pertaining to reconciliation of accounts affecting the preparation of financial statements.
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Knowledgeable in General Accounting and Bookkeeping principles
