JOB SUMMARY :
To perform tasks and address requirements related to the in processing of accounts payable and payment schedules as well as administration of the petty cash fund in order to maintain accurate accounting books and reports necessary to provide management with clear and correct financial data.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Handles Cost accounting specifically Inventory, Cost Analysis, Interface of purchase and other related accounts including FA, MCP and DP inventory and consumption accounts.
Gathers all import documents, checks, records and validates data and records of imported goods in order to perform tasks and activities necessary to facilitate interface of accounts payable trade.
Gathers all import duties and taxes paid to Bureau of Customs and records them in the books.
Monitors and records monthly receipts data for dyestuff, paints chemicals and spareparts receipts consumed for the month for the facilitation of manufacturing cost expense per department.
Gathers all manufacturing cost data and segregates them to their respective department for the preparation of actual processing cost. Interfaces cost allocation for expenses which are not identifiable for proper segregation of cost per department.
Prepares actual manufacturing cost for the month and receive in the WINGS (formerly WAVE) system Runs inventory and summarization in the WINGS system. Weekly set up Forex rate in the WINGS system (For Sales & Import).
Participates in the conduct of semi - annual physical inventory count.
JOB QUALIFICATION:·
Graduate of BS Accountancy, Business Administration or Management Course
· Proficient in MS Office
Knowledge on SAP accounting system is an advantage
with at least 1 year experience in accounting standard particularly in Cost Accounting, recording of payable, and other regulatory requirements by the government
· Keen to details and data analysis
· Can work with minimal supervision
· With excellent communication and customer service skills.
· Willing to work in FPIP - Sto. Tomas, Batangas
