Job Description (Duties and Responsibilities)
Providing support to the Accounting Department.
Processing transactions, issuing checks, and updating ledgers, budgets, etc
Preparing financial reports.
Assisting with audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies.
Maintaining files on account receivables and updating records as required.
Managing the flow of petty cash by recording all transactions.
Performing basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, answering phones, processing the mail, etc.
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Accounting/Finance or any business course.
- Must know basic accounting skills
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Has strong organizational and analytical skills
- Open to fresh graduates
- Experience of at least 6 months to 1 year in accounting/finance is a plus
- Willing to be assigned to Parañaque
