Are you a highly-organized and detail-oriented professional with experience in an Australian Accounting Firm?
 
We are looking for someone to join our team and manage our essential administrative and corporate compliance processes.
 
In this role, you will be a key part of our operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Managing our SharePoint document management system, including saving and organizing all client files.
Handling all aspects of ASIC and ATO tasks, including preparing forms in BGL CAS.
Maintaining and managing our CAS software to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Overseeing the full workflow of client engagements-from the moment new work comes in until it is completed and sent out.
Drafting month-end bills and managing client correspondence, including sending reminder emails and preparing letters.
Confirming client appointments and assisting the team with various ad-hoc administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
With (2) years experience working in a similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Adobe.
Excellent written English and a keen eye for detail.
A tech-savvy mindset and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems.
Experience with Xero, Xero Practice Manager, or the CAS 360 system is a bonus, but not required.
