Job responsibilities:
Help clients run their businesses more effectively through the implementation of creative and innovative business systems / solutions
Analyze, gather and document the client's business requirements
Define the business problem. Identify, validate and document the key business requirements and business processes / business process mapping
Coordinate and facilitate requirements walk-through and sign-offs, verifying with business user's representatives and client stakeholders
Conducts interviews and performs analysis in order to create business process maps
Participate in system configuration, testing, customization, quality assurance activities
May act as a project manager on some projects.
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Computer Science/Information Technology, or equivalent.
CPA (Certified Public Accountant) is a plus, but not required
Excellent understanding of business practices as related to Accounting, Audit, Sales Force Management, Inventory Management
Experience in change management and business process analysis
Ability to translate client business requirements into business solutions
Excellent client-management and communication skills
Self-starter, self-motivated, and able to work well in a team
