JOB QUALIFICATIONS
* Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy / Accounting Technology / Finance or equivalent
* With passion or interest to pursue a career in Finance & Accounting
* Detail-oriented and organized
* With at least 2 years of experience
* Good computer and analytical skills
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* To process sales invoices and check for completeness and accuracy
* To check completeness and accuracy of requests for payment (i.e. suppliers / service providers, petty cash replenishment, employee reimbursements and disbursements, etc.)
* To prepare check vouchers and checks for approval of relevant signatories
* To assist in performing regular audits and inventory
* To accurately encode accounting entries into corresponding ledger accounts (i.e. sales, expenses, inventory, etc.)
* To prepare standard accounting reports on accounts receivables and/or accounts payables
* To regularly maintain accounting monitoring sheets
* To organize and file accounting documents as needed
