Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
Perform month-end and year-end close processes
Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations to improve financial performance
Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies
Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives
Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records
Assist with internal and external audits
Provide guidance and mentoring to junior accounting staff
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
Strong knowledge of tax regulations and compliance
proficient in financial accounting principles, including accrual accounting
experience with accounting software,
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
knowledge of technical accounting standards
ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
strong attention to detail and accuracy
Familiarity with BIR compliance
