Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy
Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
At least one (1) to three (3) years experience in the role
Competency in MS Office, databases, and accounting software
Accuracy with financial statements for external and internal reporting
Hands-on experience with manual bookkeeping and data entry
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and tactfully handle high-pressure and difficult situations
Ability to prepare financial statements and other financial reports
Recently Passed - CPAs are welcome to apply

Duties:
Do bank reconciliations for all bank accounts
Daily enter key data of financial transactions in the books and accurately prepare and maintain accounting documents and records.
Preparation of all necessary supporting documents for the preparation of monthly financial statements
Validate the accuracy and validity of CMR & DMR monthly
Check the accuracy of the Monthly Invoice release to Lessee versus the Final billing sent by each property
Make the necessary year-end backup files
Work setup and schedule: Work onsite at Binondo, Manila | M-F, 8 AM - 5 PM
Salary: up to 28K (negotiable)
