The ideal candidate will be involved with preparing financial reports and statements, bank reconciliations, and conducting cyclical audits. Moreover, the candidate must have strong interpersonal skills and possess a strong business acumen.
Responsibilities
Preparing and maintaining financial records, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Managing accounts payable and receivable, processing invoices, and handling financial transactions.
Reconciling bank statements and ensuring accuracy in financial data.
Conducting financial analysis to provide insights and support decision-making.
Preparing and filing tax returns, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Providing financial reports to management and stakeholders on a regular basis.
Assisting with budgeting and forecasting to help plan financial strategies.
Monitoring and optimizing financial processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Advising on financial matters and collaborating with other departments to achieve organizational goals.
Staying up-to-date with accounting principles and regulations to maintain accuracy and compliance.
Qualifications
Certified Public Accountant
Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and periodicals.
Fluency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Experienced working with a Manning Agency is an advantage.
