This role is responsible in providing support to the accounting, finance, and statutory requirements of the business:
Accounting
· Preparation of Sales Invoice
· Setting up of payments in Online Banking
· Preparation of fortnightly payroll
Reporting
· Perform month end closing entries
· Preparation of balance sheet reconciliations
· Oversee fixed asset register including additions, disposals, depreciation and reporting
Compliance
· Preparation of Agreements with Partners
· PAYG Reconciliation
· Reconciliation of superannuation payments.
· Responsible in the company's Business Activity Statement (BAS) and Instalment Activity Statement (IAS)
· Assist in preparation and delivery of statutory requirements
· Complete other tasks and projects as directed from time to time by the Finance and Accounting Manager
Qualifications:
· Must have high moral standards and ethics
· Has excellent organisational skills, highly analytical and keen attention to details
· Creative thinker with passion for learning
· Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
· CPA not required but an advantage
· At least 3 Year(s) of working experience is required for this position (Preferably Australian Accounts).
· Required Skill(s): Office 365, Cloud Accounting Software (preferably Xero)
