Collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends
Prepare journal entries for revenue and expenses
Utilizes the system to account for transactions by conducting a chart of accounts; complying with accounting policies and procedures
Maintains accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions
Balances account by reconciling chronological entries
Maintains general ledger
Reconciling entries
Maintains historical records
Contributes to team effort by cooperating and accomplishing relevant results
Participate in financial standards and in the forecast process
Assist with tax audits and tax returns
Other functions as the need arise and as instructed by the immediate superior and/or management
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in *Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
1-4 years experienced employee in related field and industry
Being a CPA is an advantage
Knowledgeable of input and output VAT remittances
Knowledgeable about the current accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
Proficient in using MS Office, especially Microsoft Excel
Good attention to detail and quality
High level of integrity and strong work ethic
Good interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills. Must be able to communicate clearly, both written and orally, as to communicate with employees and management and in a group presentation and meetings
Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Team player and with a positive outlook and responsible for any actions and professionalism
Willing to work in Makati
