Prepares and computes following reports
Annual and quarterly income tax return.
-Monthly w/tax for compensation and expanded.
Monthly and quarterly value added tax/ Percentage tax.
Monthly SSS, PHIC and HDMF contributions and loans.
Data entry in the books of accounts
Cash disbursement book
General ledger
Subsidiary purchase journal
General Journal
Prepares the monthly financial statements.
Responsible for Verifying/counter checking of vouchers, checks and payments.
Processes payroll, Ensures that salaries of employees are computed and will be released timely and accurately.
Responsible for the accomplishment, recording, reporting and submission of all administrative reports as assigned.
