Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.

The scope of the finance role will be limited in the initial stage but increase once the growth opportunities materialise.
Listed below are finance duties in the initial stage:
- Work with client's personnel in Australia and in Manila to ensure local bank accounts are set up- follow up with local bank reps etc.
- Reviewing existing local regulatory and compliance certifications , ensure there are no GAPS.
- Follow up on tax permit applications.
- Dealing with local tax authorities and ensuring TWPS meets its tax obligations.
- Processing pay for 3/4 people.
- Reviewing and approving local vendor payments.
- Raising adhoc client invoices for consultancy work etc.
- Reviewing budget FY21 and preparing monthly financial reports - due to the current size of the operation , preparing the finance report takes less than a day.
- Reconciling balance sheet accounts - due to the size of the operation , this takes less than a couple of hours.
- Learning how to use Microsoft Dynamics AX ( including project accounting set up ) in readiness for project growth opportunities.
- TB uploads into HFM and completing all validation.
Outlined below are some of the duties for a longer term role:
- Financial Reporting- In Microsoft AX ( TWPS ERP system) and upload into HFM (Client's Finance system)- at the moment done out of Sydney and takes one day.
- Balance Sheet reconciliation- strong emphasise around accruals , debtors, creditors, payroll clearing accounts.
- Payroll preparation - Initially for three to four people growing to 150+ people.
- Tax preparations and dealing with local tax authorities.
- Banking and managing cashflow reports for Treasury - HBSC and Local bank.
- Working with operations to put together bid costs- Needs to be good with excel and understands how to build complex cost model.
- Setting up projects and project accounting in AX.
- Client invoicing and debt collection - Create invoicing templates, raise invoices, follow up on aged debtors etc
- Client finance reporting , if requested.
- Managing Accounts payable function.
- Meeting regulatory and compliance requirements for TWPS PHP entity.
