Job Description
​​​​​​Job Responsibilities:
The Junior Accountant records all accounting transactions from day to day, validates the accuracy thereof, and maintains internal financial control in accordance with established Bank policies and within the required turnaround times.
The Junior Accountant shall also perform the following:
Prepares and posts all accounting transactions on a daily basis, and within the required turnaround time.
Ensure accurate recording and immediate resolutions of floats and immediate reconciliation of differences in GL and SL balances.
Ascertain that all schedules i.e. receivable, payable, prepaid, accruals are properly accounted and timely submission of reports. Maintain an updated sequential filing of documents.
Participate in UAT system enhancement/development. Take initiative to improve process flow and perform additional task as the needed arises.
Minimum Qualifications
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or Accounting Technology
Strong analytical and planning skills
Excellent problem-solving skills;
Must be willing to work onsite in Makati
