The Accountant is responsible for performing general accounting and administrative tasks to support the day-to-day operations of the company. The accountant will report directly to the COO.
Prior experience working with an Accounting/Finance Manager
Experience handling all government and BIR monthly, quarterly and annual regulatory filings including tax, VAT, and withholdings
Experience doing bank reconciliation with credit card, cash, and digital wallets
Experience with AP/AR/Payroll
Experience with city regulatory requirements (business permit)
Experience filing annual tax returns for company
Experience with SSS, PhilHealth and HDMF filings
Experience working with online accounting software like QuickBooks
Experience providing analysis of business performance (P/L)
Experience optimizing tax
Experience working with digital banking
Strong analytical and planning skills
Good communication and presentation skills
Excellent problem-solving skills
