Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of importation, distribution, marketing, and sales company. Our respected client is seeking an Accountant with a minimum of 3 years of experience in general accounting. The job will be based in Quezon City, Philippines.
The Accountant will provide financial information to the management by researching and analyzing accounting data and will prepare reports. He/she will directly report to the VP for Finance.
Key Job Responsibilities:
Ensures the timely processing and delivery of the financial and accounting activities of the company.
Pertains the month-end close cycle, reconciliation schedules, financial and management reporting and general accounting tasks through coordination with the company.
Documents financial transactions by entering account information
Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options
Summarizes current financial status by collecting information, preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
Professional License-CPA (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam)
Minimum of 3 years of working experience in the related field
Must be knowledgeable in General Accounting
Has experience in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
Has strong leadership skills
Should be ready for big changes and challenges
Must be matured and independent in handling problems and task
Good in excel & other MS office applications
Must be willing to work from Monday to Saturday, however, due to the nature of the position, he/she must be prepared to voluntarily render work even on Sundays (ex. during special exhibits and events)
Currently residing in Quezon City (Preferred)
