Job Descriptions
Manage financial transactions (e.g. Payroll Expenditure of Lawyers, Payments received from clients, Petty Cash, etc.)
Filing of Tax Returns in an accurate and timely manner.
Handling the Payroll Process
Maintain a proper record of the financial transactions related to a law firm.
Participate in a wide variety of special projects and compile a variety of special reports.
Ensure all accounting records are intact, readily accessible and safeguarded.
Assist in preparation of annual budget and forecast.
Maintain systems and controls that verify the integrity of all systems, processes and data.
Job Qualifications
Preferably a Certified Public Accountant. (Kindly include it in your resume)
Preferably lives in Pasig City or nearby areas.
Willing to work in the office. (We are not yet offering a home-based set-up)
