Job Responsibilities
Summarizes current financial status by collecting information, preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement and other reports
Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures
Guides accounting clerical staff by coordinating activities and answering questions
Create, prepare and review Check and Journal Entries, payments, government remittances, etc.
Reconcille and maintain balance sheets accounts and facilitates monthly reports
Perform other job that may be assisgned by immediate head.
Willing to work in Quezon City Area
Communicate effectively with clients
Prepares tenant account analysis and reconciliations when tenants dispute charges to their accounts.
Assigned in handling company and personal properties (Payment of Annual RPT; Transfer or Registration of newly acquired property; Application for Bank Financing of newly acquired condominiums; Prepares documents for sale, lease and purchase of properties; Prepares documents for loan application if property was used as collateral)
Job Qualifications
Candidate must posses at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accounting/Banking or equivalent. CPA certification is an advantage
At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Required Skill(s): Understanding of General Accepted Accounting Principles,
Advances MS Excel knowledge, excellent analytical skills with integrity and ability to handle confidential information. Has background and knowledgeable in payroll
Preferably Supervisor/5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Finance- General/Cost Accounting or equivalent
Knowledgeable with dealing with property or posting online
Has experience with Field (BIR, SEC and etc...)
