Qualifications
Graduate of any Accounting course
With two to three (2-3) years' experience in Accounting.
With one (1) year experience in General Ledger or Payables.
Excellent Communication Skills
Job Description
Validate payable transactions to ensure that they are accurate and compliant with Company policies and procedures, are processed, approved and transmitted on time.
Review documents to ensure completeness and compliance with BIR invoicing requirements and appropriate approval of transactions.
On time and accurate recording of transactions as to account charging, cost center and tax computation.
Analyzes and generates government mandated reports such as Expanded Withholding Tax, Final Withholding Tax and List of Regular Suppliers to ensure timely filing, payment and compliance to government statutory requirements.
