The Job
You will be responsible for the processing and preparation of accounts payable vouchers for various payable accounts and request for payment as well as the posting of receiving reports, ensuring proper account charging and cost center assignment.
Your responsibilities will include:
Conducts physical count of finish goods every month.
Verifies receiving reports, requests for payments, supporting invoices and POs are in agreement as to quantities, unit costs and total amount.
Prepares accounts payable vouchers and accruals every end of the month of recurring expenses.
Prepares Bank reconciliations of accounts and effects corresponding adjustments.
Prepares entries to record bank DM/CM (TREA) in Oracle.
Prepares entries for closing of cash advances in Oracle.
The Profile
Job Requirements:
Must be BS Accountancy graduate
At least five (5) years experience in Accounting work
Proficient in computer operation
Good command in English - proficient in both oral and written communication, to be able to liaise effectively to different stakeholders across the region.
Must have good interpersonal skills, good working attitude, hardworking and diligent
Physically and mentally fit to work with sound moral and social background
Must pass the physical and mental standards set by the Finance / Accounting Department through oral and/ or written examinations and / or interviews

They are the country's manufacturer of caustic soda and hydrochloric acid and the only company that produces chlorine in commercial quantities. In addition, they supply more than 50% of the country's requirement for sodium hypochlorite. The products end up in the manufacture of many useful consumer products that are important in our daily lives.
