Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsible for the processing and preparation of accounts payable vouchers for various payable accounts and requests for payment as well as the posting of receiving reports, ensuring proper account charging and cost center assignment. In addition, the Accountant - Payables maintains subsidiary ledgers of employee loans from SSS, PAG-IBIG, IPO, A/R Admin, and claims for reimbursement or SSS sickness benefit and PAG-IBIG premium contributions.
 
Qualifications:
 
BS Accountancy or BS Commerce major in Accounting, should be a CPA
At least 1 year work experience
With good grasp / experience on purchase to pay process
Must be well versed in performing bank reconciliation
Proficiency in MS Office application
Knowledge in Oracle application software will be an advantage
Strong analytical skills, decisiveness and ability to work with minimum supervision
Good communication skills both oral and written  
Willingness to be employed immediately
