Purpose of the Job
The Accountant, Order to Cash will handle related daily tasks., timely AR incoming payments clearing, and focused follow-up with the customer about the debtor status. This role will be based in our office in Ortigas, Pasig City.

Responsibilities:
Timely AR incoming payments clearing
Handle block orders effectively and follow up with sales/customers to release orders on time
Support team lead in defining the proper risk category/credit limit for responsible customers
To implement all bank clearing functions and perform daily and monthly reconciliations
To handle all outgoing payments automatic and manual both
To prepare Cash and Banking-related reports (e.g. age structure of accounts receivables, etc.)
To complete closing activities (monthly, quarterly, year-end)
Implement reconciliation of account balances; add and release provisions
Establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with internal partners and external agencies
Perform internal control activities and ad hoc administrative tasks
Contribute to projects to stabilize and improve process performance
Skills and Experience Required:
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or any relevant courses or an equivalent work experience
With a minimum of 4 years of relevant working experience as Order to Cash
At least 2 to 4 years experience in the field of Cash and Banking, Order to Cash process at a Shared Service Center
Understand and a good overview of the end-to-end OTC processes
Efficient accounting and excel knowledge
SAP advanced knowledge
Communicative, people-oriented personality
Proficient in MS Office and general computer use
Ability to effectively handle complex deadlines for projects in a high-pressure work environment, with varying degrees of supervision
Great attention to detail and ability to notice discrepancies in data
