Qualification:
Graduate of Accounting Management or Accountancy
With at least 1-3 years work experience in various accounting functions like payables , taxes, account reconciliation and others
Proficient in computer, good communication, and analytical skills
Duties and Responsibilities
Handles monthly, quarterly and annual tax funding, filing and payment including daily preparation of BIR Form 2307.
Handles the cash disbursement transactions.
Prepares daily check vouchers of various request for payment.
Validates all request for payment and it's supporting documents before processing.
Responsible for updating and analysis of various account schedules.
Responsible in providing timely and accurate audit requirements to external auditors (SGV, BIR, SEC and IC).
Scanning and filing of documents.
Any other task that maybe assign from time to time.
