Job Description
Keep accurate records for all daily transactions.
Prepare balance sheets and process invoices.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Verify / Audit staff claims and suppliers' invoices
Maintain proper filing of accounting documents for book keeping
In-charge of completion and submission of monthly, quarterly and annual tax to third party accounting firm.
In-charge of expenses, purchases and sales report.
Implement new strategic process to make things more efficient.
Job Requirements
Accounting field
5 years of relevant working experience in finance and accounting
Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
Able to work under pressure
· Familiar with financial regulations in Philippines
· High level of integrity and sense of responsibility with commitment to good governance
